Columbia here we come! June 2023

Columbia HERE WE COME!

John and the drone unit, travelled thousands of miles in search of a small brown bear on his travels back home! Meanwhile back in the UK Drone Unit: Dani, Steve, Lou and Aaron travelled 6 hours away to shoot footage for a new action feature along the iconic River Tees.

The DJI Inspire 3, Heavy Lift drones and all the back up gear in between, were carried by our fearless crew across the jungle, along the riverbank and through dense rainforest, to capture some stunning footage for the next installment of this little brown bear's adventures. We were delighted to fly our Entaniya lens for 220 degree coverage for VFX plate work.

The River Tees and its beautiful tributaries played host to a second drone unit, working on 2nd Unit action for a new feature film. The team bust a gut to travel and shoot in the same day and were blessed with great weather, but faced tricky working conditions. The team pulled together and managed to successfully operate from a rocky riverbank to provide the production with some great shots. All to be revealed soon!
